    Consistency and the Two Big C’s

    We all know that consistency is key and that most our results in fitness and nutrition come from this consistency but how do we stay consistent when life keeps throwing us curve balls?     Life begins at 40?!

    It’s been a while since I made a post. I actually wrote three posts then decided against publishing them, there has been so much going on in my life and the world that it all became quite overwhelming!
